Project Description
Mixed-use residential community utilizing "New Urbanism" concepts for a streetscape oriented and pedestrian friendly community. Community amenities will include interconnected public spaces by sidewalks and trails, accessibility to commercial uses and a permanent pond with wetland area. The project site is approximately 38-acres and is located in two municipalities.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. provided Due Diligence/Feasibility Analysis, conceptual land use planning and site design. ELA also organized and facilitated a multi-municipal joint meeting to initiate required zoning amendments.
