Project Description
Arbor Greene is a 123-acre, 209-unit single family subdivision nestled on the southern edge of Palmyra Borough, Lebanon County. Arbor Greene harkens back to traditional neighborhood street design with its grid-type street network. This efficient street layout, with regular lot configurations, allowed for an integrated linear park to be developed throughout the community. This greenway is traversed by pedestrian walkways and is enhanced by trees, shrubs and perennial gardens. The trail system not only links the common open spaces of the subdivision, including two large detention basin areas, but also ties into the surrounding neighborhoods.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. provided all aspects of land planning from the initial sketch plan through the completion of the preliminary and final subdivision plans. Communication with local municipalities was essential, due to the approval process with three separate municipalities and Lebanon County. Services also included preparation of plans for the Department of Transportation and utility company approvals.
