As part of the new Bayard Rustin High School Campus, a new stadium facility will be constructed to serve the athletic needs of the new high school. Improvements include permanent grandstands (1,750 capacity), field house with locker rooms and public restrooms, ticket booth, walkways, entry courtyard, walkways, and landscaping. Athletic facility improvements include a 6-lane oval with 8-lane straight synthetic (EDPM rubber/urethane) running track, track/field venues, and a multi-purpose synthetic turf (rubber infill) athletic field. Associated improvements include track perimeter drainage, field underdrain, surface and perimeter drainage, permanent fencing, removable safety fencing, and similar accessory improvements. An underground storm water detention facility was also integrated under the field/high jump area to accommodate required NPDES water quality/attenuation requirements

ELA is providing design, consulting, construction document preparation, and construction administration services for all athletic field and site improvements.
