Description
Improvements
included a two-story classroom addition, two additions to
the auditorium, a new gymnasium, reorientation of the main
entrance to include an entry courtyard, provided a separation
of bus traffic and passenger traffic through the creation
of a student drop-off area and a bus drop off area. The plan
completely renovated the site to include a new
parking lot and redesigned existing parking areas to include
drainage, lighting and landscaping.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. provided Design and Civil Engineering which included a full storm water management analysis, report and system design, detailing of roadway access and sidewalk / stair systems, utility layout and location, and adjacent property coordination.
Traffic impact and analysis was a key component of the land development approval. ELA provided support and coordination with the School District, Borough and PENNDOT.
ELA provided a full set of construction drawings and project specifications for construction and provided construction observation for aspects of the site design implementation.
