Project Description
Brown Printing Company produces special interest magazines and publications as one of the largest printing companies in the nation. The northeast division, located in the town of East Greenville, is continuously expanding. ELA Group has provided site planning for multiple phases of expansion of the 400,000 square foot facility. Successful growth planning and coordination with appropriate regulatory agencies has created a functional and attractive 35-acre corporate and industrial campus.

Services Rendered
ELA personnel have provided site and growth planning for six phases of construction including land acquisition and master planning for the ultimate build-out of the campus. Improvements made to the site include a new main entrance drive, new parking and multi-bay receiving and shipping areas, an employee courtyard, entrance signage, landscaping and stormwater management facilities. ELA has led Brown Printing through zoning and land development approvals, often on a fast track to meet the demanding expansion schedule. This sizable facility has required coordination and approval from many regulatory agencies relating to the railway, major electrical and gas rights-of-way, floodplain and access to the adjoining state roadway. ELA also provides construction documents and construction administration as Brown Printing continues to grow.
