Project Description
Work of this project began with master planning for renovations and expansion on the 80 acre
campus. The planning included site analysis and design for a new primary center and existing
campus improvements for the high school, middle school and elementary school.
The initial phase of construction included development of the new 130,000 SF building to house
grades K-2 ,and associated campus site work including pedestrian and vehicular access, a separate
bus loop, playground areas, a new athletic complex consisting of new athletic fields, and a number
of stormwater infiltration areas / rain gardens throughout the site.
A geothermal heating system and many other green principles were incorporated into this project.
To meet the challenges of a 45 grade differential, a series of three 15 high segmental retaining
walls were installed.
