Project Description/Scope of Work: On a 43-acre tract adjacent to the East High School, the School District is constructing an athletic complex that will include three (3) baseball fields, one (1) softball field, and three (3) multi-purpose fields (as outfield overlays) along with a 4,000 square foot field house, and associated site improvements such as parking areas, landscaping, irrigation, walkways, utility services, storm drainage, and similar improvements. Work also included roadway widening and installation of an overhead pedestrian crossing warning flasher. Improvements also included in-ground automated irrigation for two (2) athletic fields, amended root-zone backfill (seedbed), and sodding of all athletic field surfaces. In addition, approximately 1,500 lineal feet of segmental retaining wall construction was also incorporated meet the topographical challenges of this moderate to steeply sloping site.

ELA provided design, permitting/approval services, consulting, construction document preparation, and construction administration/observation services.
