Project Description
Elks Lodge No. 1600 is
situated just east of Boalsburg/State College. With scenic
vistas and a serene setting, the maturity of the Golf Course
was on the edge of showing signs of wear. The overall project
entailed a full analysis of the course and an identification
of the existing features with an analysis of playability of
the course. A master enhancements and renovation plan was
prepared. For the Master Plan, individual projects were identified
and implementation is systematically being accomplished.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. provided master planning services for the project that included identification of exiting amenities and planning of new and reconstructed features for the course including redesign of holes, greens, and tees as well as incorporating fairway traps.
