Project Description/Scope of Work: In conjunction with renovations and construction of new additions to the existing Henderson High School, the West Chester Area School District is proposing complete renovations to the existing stadium facility. Renovations include installation of a synthetic turf field (rubber in-fill), installation of an 8-lane synthetic (EDPM/urethane) track, field venues, and associated surface, perimeter, and underdrain improvements. Other related improvements include bleacher renovations, installation of new fencing, handi-cap accessible walkways, a new ticket booth/courtyard entry area to the stadium complex, and segmental retaining wall construction at the stadium perimeter and along the visitor grandstands.
Services Rendered
ELA is providing design, consulting, construction document preparation, and construction administration/observation services for all athletic field and site improvements.
