Project Description/Scope of Work: On a 30-acre site located along Route 100 north of the Borough of West Chester, the School District is constructing an athletic complex that will include a varsity baseball field (including outfield perimeter retaining wall), two (2) softball fields with a multi-purpose overlay located between the fields, and two (2) multipurpose/soccer fields. The project also includes construction of a new access to Route 100, a site access drive with bus turning/drop area, a shared parking facility with the adjoining municipal park proposed by the Township, a 4,000 square foot field house with public restrooms, perimeter walkway, landscaping, utility, storm drainage, and installation of an automated irrigation system. Other improvements include development of a well for potable water and irrigation use, extension of public sanitary sewer, and roadway/frontage improvements along Route 100.
Services Rendered
ELA is providing design, consulting, permitting/approval services, construction document preparation, and construction administration/observation services.
