Community Development Projects

Community Development projects can range from large Comprehensive Planning efforts by single or multiple municipalities, to the enactment of land use ordinances, to the planning and construction of a streetscape, to a myriad of projects in between. As planners and municipal engineers, ELA has experienced staff to guide municipalities through workshops, facilitate community-wide design charettes, and develop creative and comprehensive solutions. Perhaps there is a need to develop mapping and analyze information available through GIS, employ traffic calming measures, or assist with funding efforts.
