Project Description
The development of a 41-acre park within Warwick Township and Lititz Borough. The Linear Park improvements included construction of athletic fields (baseball, softball, and soccer), restroom facility, off-street parking areas, pedestrian trails, bridge/culvert underpass, pedestrian boardwalk through the culvert, stream restoration, and a pedestrian bridge over Santo Domingo Creek. A water quality wetland area and various wetland areas throughout the park received the Chesapeake Bay Award for Innovation.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. was involved with the development of a Master Plan and Construction Drawings for the 41-acre Linear Park within Warwick Township and Lititz Borough. ELA's services included design, application and coordination of State environmental permit applications, project funding applications, Zoning and Storm Water Management approvals; preparation of construction drawings, specifications and bidding documents; and construction observations.
