Project Description
The Hanover Continuing Care Retirement Community Campus for Lutheran Social Services Southcentral PA will be located on a 42-acre site in West Manheim Township. The Campus will consist of several senior housing types including cottages, apartments, and personal/skilled care beds. A community center will be centrally located for use by the residents and, possibly, by the community at-large. A trail and open space system is proposed to surround existing wetland and habitat areas as well as ponds proposed for stormwater and aesthetic purposes. Sitework will also include landscaping and a complete set of amenities for the residents. Public utility service will be provided while an overhead electric utility will be relocated.
Services Rendered
ELA is providing master planning, land development planning, permitting, and construction administration services for this site development project. Sitework planning also includes off-site stormwater, roadway, and wastewater pumping station improvements.
