Project Description
Redevelopment / in-fill project in the heart of Downtown State College which, encompassed construction of a new 3-story, 34 occupant fraternity for Sigma Tau Gamma.
Services Rendered
ELA Group, Inc. provided planning and design services for Land Development Plan approval through the Borough. The project required a full Storm Water Management analysis, report and design, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Planning, utility connection coordination and construction observation.
