Project Description
The project involved the reconstruction of the State College High School main athletic facility, which included a synthetic turf valued at half-a-million dollars, reconstruction of limestone retaining walls, construction of a plaza and emplacement of the code required barrier.
Services Rendered
In addition to athletic
field layout for the Football and Soccer Field, ELA Group,
Inc., prepared structural designs and drawings for several
reinforced concrete retaining walls with limestone veneer
to match the existing and remaining walls, construction specification
and documents for construction and provided construction observation.
ELA worked closely with the Borough of State College and the
State College Area School District to complete the project.
