
Remote Support Instructions
- Go to http://www.elagroup.com
- Select Remote Support from the lower right hand side of the webpage.
- Agree to the disclaimer.
- Enter your (6) digit PIN and select Connect to Technician.
- You will be prompted to save the applet needed to complete the connection.
- After the applet has download, run the executable file.
- After the connection is established, allow the technician to take control.
- You may terminate the session at any time using the Disconnect button.
