ELA Group assisted Community Planning Consultants (CPC) with an update to the Lititz/Warwick Joint Strategic Comprehensive Plan. In addition to participating in and facilitating various aspects of the update, ELA Group coordinated the Community Charrette Process to develop the framework for a Specific Plan for the expansion of the Warwick Township Campus Industrial Area.

During the two-day planning charrette, ELA Group guided 27 landowners and community representatives as they explored the purpose of a Specific Plan and developed a Consensus Concept Plan, Sketch Plan, and Guiding Principles for the approximately 400-acre study area. The results of this community charrette formed a future strategy for further developing and implementing a specific plan for this large portion of Warwick Township in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
