The ELA Group staff provided valuable expertise during the planning and construction phases for our recreation complex and facilities. I enjoyed working with the ELA staff as our project progressed through its various stages. Working with the ELA staff as we discussed ideas, made our plans for the project and moved through the construction phase was a positive experience. The staff responded to my ideas, and provided the necessary feedback to those ideas, both positive and negative, as the situation warranted so that the project could become a reality. Their contributions greatly determined the success of the project.

Over the past eight years, we have developed a very good relationship with the officers and staff of ELA Group, Inc., and recommend them highly in all engineering projects. The Borough has had several large revitalization projects during this time, as well as development pressures resulting in traffic surveys and calming issues, storm water, land development, and even bridge replacement. We are currently working on a $1,100,000 Main Street Revitalization Project that is moving smoothly. Delta Borough, a small historic town on the Mason-Dixon Line in southern York County, has a serious need for Main Street beautification and roadway improvements. We are extremely fortunate in our selection of ELA Group from a total of five superior streetscape firms for the re-creation of a thriving main thoroughfare designed to attract new businesses and enhance the lives of residents. ELA’s vision, devotion, expertise, and funding support, along with the excitement catalyzed in our property owners, represent a commitment to the realization of our goals which cannot be surpassed, we are certain.

ELA, the site contractor, and Fieldturf did a quality job on the design and installation of the synthetic turf surface at the Garnet Valley High School Stadium. The job went smoothly and the results are phenomenal! I would endorse any of the design and construction team for a job well done, meeting a demanding schedule, and getting our football team on the field in time to win their first home game of the season.

The tireless efforts of the ELA Group staff were instrumental in our being able to complete a comprehensive project involving engineering, working with various municipal authorities, and a host of original ideas. They were cooperative, fairly priced, and very effective.

Derrick Musser of ELA has been instrumental in the successful execution of our golf course renovation project. His expertise was vital in developing comprehensive plans that secured approvals at the state, county, and municipal levels while ensuring all regulatory requirements were met. Derrick’s dedication to attending Township meetings and representing the project with professionalism has been invaluable. I want to thank ELA for their efforts to develop our Lexus dealership in Brownstown. This project involved many systems and entities. It took a concerted effort to balance workflow and planning with the Township, PennDOT, and three different construction projects simultaneously. ELA delivered quality designs and stood at our side for the entire process of construction. They also helped us understand the maintenance of systems after completion.
