As part of the land development process, ELA Group facilitated merging two building lots into one, enabling their client to build a three-story, extended-stay hotel, lodge, pool house, and outdoor patio. ELA Group obtained the necessary zoning approvals for increased allowable building height and length, prepared associated land development plans, and obtained waivers for the land development process.

Because of the site size at this Granite Run Corporate Center property, ELA Engineers designed a two-tiered boulder retaining wall for appropriate stormwater management.
